Perfomatic provides mystery shopping, customer experience evaluation, and operational intelligence services for service businesses. The founding audit is offered at $5,000 per location, and optional recurring evaluations are offered at $3,000/month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client work, payment terms, audit scope, onsite requirements, data handling, and deliverables may be governed by a separate written agreement or invoice.
